  • What modules are included on the Active Platform?
    • Workpapers (available now)

    • Ledger & Reporting (available now)  
      A cloud practice ledger that handles the end-to-end process of preparing workpapers and instantly generates financial reports. Work in the live client file to make changes in real-time or make controlled changes in the file and sync them back to the client. All it takes is a few clicks to generate financial reports beautifully branded to your firm. 
    • Active Templates (coming soon) 
      Since 2001, Business Fitness templates have been the proven, quality assured way to ensure compliance and stop reinventing the wheel on jobs. Our templates cover everything your firm needs to run efficiently and 100% compliant at all times. 
    • Data cloud (coming soon) 
      Turning client and practice data into meaningful information. We collect data to give you the ultimate resource for understanding the behaviour and needs of your clients and team. 

  • How long will you be supporting our existing programs? 
    There are no current plans to decommission any of the existing Business Fitness products.  Development and support will continue as normal.  If you are on very old product versions, then your Account Manager will contact you to upgrade to the latest product versions.


  • What third party programs will Active integrate with? 
    Each module will have different integrations and API connections depending on the data required. For example: Ledger & Reporting will connect with the major accounting software and Workpapers integrate with the ATO. 


  • Will there be a migration process to Active? 
    Yes, our support team will assist in your transition to the Active platform. 


  • Are there additional subscription costs? 
    Yes, the benefits of the Active platform with additional automation, functionality and storage will incur a monthly subscription increase. 


  • Who is my Account Manager?
