Executing ATO data import on BAS Lodgement sheet

Issue

Data is not populating from the ATO into my Excel worksheets. The ATO link is set up correctly as according to https://hownow.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/5000886568?portalId=5000001348

1. Open Active Workpapers in Excel

- Open Excel and navigate to the Active Workpapers add-in.

2. Select BAS Lodgements Workpaper

- Find and select the BAS Lodgements workpaper.

3. Access Record Detail

- Click on the Open Record Detail icon.

4. Execute command

- In the Commands section, locate Activity Statement and click Execute.

6. Verify data loading

- Ensure the ATO link is active, ABN and branch details are correct, and no network issues exist.
